Methodology — How Minuto Inversor works

Last updated: July 10, 2026

What is Minuto Inversor?

Minuto Inversor is a structured archive of the investment recommendations that financial YouTubers publish on their channels. Every recommendation is recorded with its date, its author (the channel), the company it refers to, the direction of the call (Buy, Neutral or Sell) and, when the author gives one, their forecast and target price.

The goal is to answer questions like "what do YouTubers say about this company?" or "what did this channel say six months ago?" without having to watch hours of video.

Where does the data come from?

The source is the videos published publicly on YouTube by the tracked channels. An automated process detects each new video, transcribes it and uses AI to extract the recommendations it contains: company, ticker, direction of the call, context and target price when mentioned. Every recommendation links to the original video, so you can always verify the primary source and the full context.

Historical stock prices come from external financial data sources (Yahoo Finance, with Alpha Vantage as fallback) and are shown for context only.

How often does it update?

The process runs daily: when a tracked channel publishes a new video, its recommendations usually appear on the site within 24 hours. Each company page shows the date of its latest recorded recommendation.

What does each recommendation mean?

Buy, Neutral or Sell reflect the opinion expressed by the video's author, as they stated it, on the date shown. They are not Minuto Inversor's assessments and are never modified after the fact: if the author changes their mind in a later video, a new recommendation is recorded with its own date. The full history per company and per channel always remains available.
