Cookie Policy
Last updated: July 7, 2026
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in the user's browser to remember information between visits.
2. Cookies used on this Site
This Site uses exclusively two first-party cookies, technical and preference-based in nature, exempt from the duty to request consent under Article 22.2 of the LSSI (as they are strictly necessary to provide a service expressly requested by the user):
• theme — remembers whether the user prefers light or dark mode. Duration: persistent, until changed by the user. Ownership: first-party. • NEXT_LOCALE — remembers the language (Spanish or English) chosen by the user. Duration: approximately 1 year. Ownership: first-party.
No analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookie is used. The Site's usage statistics (Vercel Web Analytics / Speed Insights) are cookieless: they store no identifier in the user's browser.
3. Why is there no consent banner?
Spanish regulation (Article 22.2 LSSI) exempts strictly technical cookies, or those necessary to provide a service requested by the user themselves, from the duty to inform and obtain consent — which is the case for the two preference cookies described above. If an analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookie is added in the future, this policy will be updated and a corresponding prior consent banner will be implemented.
4. How to delete or block cookies
Users can delete or block cookies at any time from their browser settings. Blocking the theme or NEXT_LOCALE cookies will simply cause the Site to not remember your theme or language preference across visits; it does not affect any other functionality.
