Minuto Inversor is, at this stage, a personal, non-commercial project run by a private individual; it is not incorporated as a company and does not carry out an online economic activity. The owner does not publish a full identification (name, tax ID, address) here in order to avoid doing so with invented or incomplete data. Before the Site begins any economic activity (advertising, subscriptions or another form of monetization), this notice will be updated with the full identification required by Article 10 of the LSSI-CE, following legal review — see TODO.md, task LEGAL-01.

minutoinversor.com (the "Site") is a free editorial and informational service whose purpose is to collect, organize and present in a structured way investment recommendations made publicly by third parties — financial content creators on YouTube — on their own channels. The Site does not provide investment advisory, portfolio management or financial intermediation services, and is not registered as an investment services firm with Spain's National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) or any equivalent regulator.

Accessing and using the Site grants the status of user and implies acceptance, from the moment of access, of the terms of this Legal Notice. The user agrees to make appropriate and lawful use of the Site, in accordance with applicable law, good faith, public order and this Legal Notice, refraining from using it for unlawful purposes, purposes that infringe third-party rights, or in ways that could damage, overload or impair the Site.

All original content on the Site (design, structure, editorial text, source code, logos and trademarks) belongs to the provider or to third parties who have authorized its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. The recommendation data shown is derived from videos publicly published by third parties on YouTube; rights over that original content belong to their respective creators. Reproduction, distribution or public communication of the Site's content, in whole or in part, without express authorization is prohibited.

The provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information published, to the extent that it originates from third parties and external financial data sources (Yahoo Finance, Alpha Vantage). The provider is not liable for investment decisions made by the user based, in whole or in part, on information contained on the Site. See the Content Disclaimer for further detail.

The Site includes links to YouTube videos and, where applicable, third-party services (for example, brokers or investment platforms). The provider assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of such third-party sites.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from access to or use of the Site shall be subject to the Spanish courts with jurisdiction under applicable procedural rules, unless consumer protection law establishes a different, mandatory venue.

The provider reserves the right to modify the content of this Legal Notice without prior notice; the version published at the time of accessing the Site shall apply.
