Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 7, 2026
1. Data controller
Minuto Inversor is, at this stage, a personal, non-commercial project run by a private individual; it is not incorporated as a company. For any query about this Privacy Policy or to exercise the rights granted under the GDPR, you can contact: [email protected]. Before the Site begins any economic activity or expands its processing of personal data, this policy will be updated with the full identification of the data controller (name, tax ID and address), following legal review — see TODO.md, task LEGAL-01.
2. Data processed
The Site has been designed to minimize the collection of personal data:
• There is no user registration or forms requesting identifying data. • Two first-party cookies are used, strictly technical or preference-based (see Cookie Policy), which do not allow individual identification of the user. • Usage statistics are collected via Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, cookieless services that process traffic data in an aggregated and anonymized way, without generating a persistent visitor identifier.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Preference cookie data (visual theme and language) is processed to remember the user's chosen settings across visits, on the basis of legitimate interest and the user's own request for the service (Article 6.1.f GDPR). Aggregated Vercel Analytics statistics are processed to understand the Site's performance and usage, without deriving any individual profile.
4. Recipients and data processors
The Site is hosted on Vercel Inc.'s infrastructure and uses Supabase Inc. as its database; both act as data processors, and their use may involve an international transfer of data outside the European Economic Area, covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another valid transfer mechanism under the GDPR.
5. Retention period
Preference cookies are retained for a maximum of 12 months or until the user deletes them manually. Aggregated analytics data is retained according to Vercel Web Analytics' standard policy.
6. User rights
Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as provided under the GDPR and LOPDGDD, by writing to the email address indicated in the "Data controller" section. Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if they believe the processing of their data does not comply with applicable law.
7. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect legislative changes or changes in how the Site operates. Periodic review is recommended.
